Dates and arrival

• Glamping listings cover 6–9 August 2027, including departure on Monday. Monday is not a festival day.
• Final departure is Monday 9 August at 11:00.
• The general campsite opens at 07:00 on Friday; that doesn't guarantee bell tents are ready at that time.

Payment plans

• Pay a 25% deposit, with the rest over a 3- or 6-month plan via Ontick. Check the available plans at checkout.
• Payment plans carry a 15% booking fee. Missing instalments risks losing your order, and money can't be recovered if payments aren't completed.
• Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations are charged at full price. Refunds are only given if the event is cancelled due to the organiser's fault and can't be rescheduled.

Tent rules

• No fires, stoves (including gas stoves), portable heaters, kettles, fridges, hairdryers or other high-power equipment inside the tents.
• No smoking inside the tents; please use the designated smoking areas.
• Illegal drugs are prohibited across the site. Anyone found in possession will be asked to leave immediately.
• The organiser is not responsible for problems outside its control.
