Strawberry Fields takes place on Friday 6, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 August 2027 at Cattows Farm, Normanton Lane, Heather, Leicestershire. The answers below cover tickets, camping, arrival and festival rules.
There is no age limit to the festival. You will need a form of ID to purchase alcohol if you look under 25. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
No food or drink can be taken into the event arena, except sealed bottles of water and baby food. Empty containers to fill at the free water points are welcome. A wide range of food vendors is available within the main arena.
Yes, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan food will all be available.
Yes, you can bring as much food as you like into the campsite.
The alcohol allowance is per person and is one of the following alternatives:
- 18 x 440 ml cans of lager, cider or beer; OR
- 18 x 250 ml cans of premixed spirit drinks; OR
- 4 litres of boxed wine; OR
- 6 litres of cider, lager or beer in plastic bottles or metal kegs.
Plastic or glass bottled spirits are not allowed.
All alcohol must be brought with you on arrival. There is no re-entry with alcohol. No glass is allowed on site for safety reasons. Opened bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated on entry. Sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks are allowed.
Alcohol is for personal consumption only and for those aged 18 or over. ID checks may take place on entry; anyone found to be under 18 will have alcohol confiscated.
Booking confirmations are sent to the ticket buyer's email address. An incorrectly entered email address is a common cause of missing confirmations. If you cannot find your digital ticket, email or call us.
No. Tickets can be downloaded onto a smartphone or printed if you do not have one. The organiser advises printing tickets for fast scanning.
Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled due to a fault of the organiser and cannot be rescheduled.
Customers paying by payment plan are subject to a 15% booking fee. If you do not pay all instalments, you risk losing your order. No claim can be made to recover the money if you fail to make all payments. All deposits are non-refundable.
All drinks tokens purchased on site are non-refundable.
Yes. The information does not need to match the attendee.
A child ticket covers ages 6–17. Children under 6 enter free and do not require a ticket. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
No dogs or other animals are allowed on site, with the exception of guide dogs.
Saved pitches cannot be guaranteed. If you want to camp next to each other, the organiser advises arriving together.
No. All cars must remain in the car park for safety reasons.
Coal barbecues and disposable barbecues are permitted if raised off the ground while in use and fully extinguished afterwards. Greenheat Base Camp Cookers, solid fuel stoves, firelighters and firelighter stoves are also allowed. Gas-fuelled barbecues and gas camping stoves are not permitted.
Yes. You must purchase a caravan/campervan pitch pass. Awnings are allowed, but separate tents are not: tents and caravans/campervans must be kept separate.
Gas bottles are permitted if fully fitted within the caravan/campervan. Portable gas bottles, canisters and similar items are not permitted. These rules also apply to motorhomes and trailer tents.
Everyone staying in the vehicle must have a weekend camping ticket to enter the event.
Yes, at an additional cost and only for caravan/campervan guests. Select the hookup pitch ticket option at checkout.
No. General camping guests are not permitted into the caravan/campervan area.
The following items are prohibited:
- Gas bottles, canisters or similar, except fully fitted gas bottles within caravans/campervans (see the caravan and campervan question above)
- Animals, except guide dogs
- Goods for unauthorised trading
- Items that may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
- Chinese/sky lanterns
- Drones or professional video recording equipment
- Fire pits
- Generators
- Glass
- Illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs
- Portable laser equipment or pens

The arena is open to the public at these times:
- Friday 6 August 2027: 17:00–23:00
- Saturday 7 August 2027: 12:00–23:00
- Sunday 8 August 2027: 12:00–23:00
All times are local to the event.
The daily campsite opening times are:
- Friday 6 August 2027: 07:00–20:00
- Saturday 7 August 2027: 08:00–20:00
- Sunday 8 August 2027: 08:00–20:00
These daily hours do not mean overnight campers must leave at 20:00. The final departure deadline is Monday 9 August 2027 at 11:00.
Camping covers the three festival days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Campsite access begins at 07:00 on Friday 6 August 2027. All campers must depart by 11:00 on Monday 9 August 2027. Monday is the departure day; festival arena programming ends on Sunday.
Glamping packages include a 5-metre bell tent, a hot tub and Prosecco experience, a steel-frame raised bed and memory foam mattress, tent decor, luxury showers and toilets, pamper tent access, free parking and an on-site reception team.
Festival admission is not included: every glamping guest also needs their own weekend camping ticket, and a glamping booking is not valid without festival tickets.
Bedding is not included in the base package. An optional bedding package can be added per person.
The glamping booking page offers a 25% deposit with the remainder over a 3- or 6-month plan via Ontick; check the available plans at checkout. The 15% payment-plan fee applies, deposits are non-refundable and cancellations are charged at full price.
For safety, do not use fires, stoves (including gas stoves), portable heating or similar equipment, kettles, fridges, hairdryers or other high-power equipment inside the tents.
No smoking inside the tents; please use the designated smoking areas.
VIP includes everything in general admission, including general camping, plus access to the arena VIP tent, a private bar, luxury toilets and a private seating area.
VIP does not include a separate VIP campsite, glamping or a live-in vehicle pitch; those are booked separately.
Complimentary standard weekend or day PA/carer tickets are available once proof of eligibility has been received and approved by the organiser.
These tickets are issued manually. Please do not buy a PA/carer ticket yourself, as tickets bought in error are not refundable.
For VIP, the standard portion is complimentary but the VIP upgrade must be paid. After approval the organiser will issue the standard ticket and send upgrade-payment instructions where needed.
The scheme is available to paying ticket holders. For an under-18 guest, an adult full-priced ticket must form part of the booking because a responsible paying adult must accompany them.
