Draft version: 7 October 2026
Event dates: 6–8 August 2027
KEY BOOKING INFORMATION
- Strawberry Fields takes place at Cattows Farm, Normanton Lane, Heather, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 2TD, from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 August 2027.
- Official ticket and accommodation sales are through Ontick only.
- On-site purchases at the festival are paid for directly using cash or card only.
- General weekend camping tickets include weekend arena access and the general campsite for your own tent.
- Live-in vehicle pitch passes and glamping packages do not replace the individual festival admission tickets required for their occupants.
- Children aged 6–17 need the appropriate child ticket. Children under 6 enter free without a ticket. Every under-18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a full-priced adult ticket.
- Camping begins on Friday; all campers must depart by 11:00 on Monday 9 August 2027.
- Date-specific event and accommodation bookings normally have no statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period. Refunds and cancellation rights are explained in Sections 6–8.
Please read these terms and the relevant product description before booking. Contact us if anything is unclear. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.
1. THE ORGANISER AND THESE TERMS
Proposed contracting organiser: Aurora Music Corporation Ltd
Company registration number: 14484808
Registered office and business correspondence address: Aurora Music Corporation Ltd (25Eight Events), Unit A2 Optimum Business Park, Optimum Road, Swadlincote, DE11 0WT
Event brand: Strawberry Fields
General enquiries: info@25eightevents.com
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the organiser named above; “you” means the purchaser or attendee, as the context requires.
25Eight Events Ltd handles certain event communications on our behalf. The event venue address is not stated to be the organiser's registered office.
The festival website is hosted on Cloudflare and was built by UNKNWNmedia.com. These are website-service roles; they do not make either provider the festival organiser or official ticket seller.
These terms cover the festival admission and accommodation services we sell, together with reasonable site rules applicable to attendees. Where another supplier contracts directly with you for a separate service, its identity and applicable terms must be provided before you buy that service.
Ontick's own terms apply to its ticketing and payment services where presented to you during booking. They do not remove our responsibilities as organiser. Information and promises forming part of your booking are not overridden by a general disclaimer in these terms.
The booking terms made available and agreed when your order is accepted apply to that order. Later website updates do not automatically replace an existing contract; see Section 23.
2. EVENT DATES, OPENING HOURS AND DEPARTURE
All times are local to the event: Europe/London, using the 24-hour clock.
| Day | Public arena opening hours | Daily campsite opening hours |
|---|---|---|
| Friday 6 August 2027 | 17:00–23:00 | 07:00–20:00 |
| Saturday 7 August 2027 | 12:00–23:00 | 08:00–20:00 |
| Sunday 8 August 2027 | 12:00–23:00 | 08:00–20:00 |
Camping covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Public campsite access starts at 07:00 on Friday 6 August. Daily campsite opening hours do not mean overnight campers must leave at 20:00.
All campers, including live-in vehicle and glamping guests, must leave by 11:00 on Monday 9 August. Monday is a departure day, not an additional festival arena day. Thursday camping is not included.
The campsite opening time does not establish when a glamping tent will be ready. Glamping guests should follow their specific arrival information.
Please plan to arrive within the published opening hours. Contact us before travelling if you need assistance with arrival. Emergency or safety-related changes will be communicated as promptly as reasonably possible; any effect on your booking is dealt with under Sections 7–8.
3. BOOKING THROUGH ONTICK
Official booking pages:
Check the event, ticket category, age category, accommodation selection, quantities, total price and contact details before completing your order. Admission entitlements are determined by the product purchased, not by a general website image.
An order is accepted when confirmation accepting that order is issued through Ontick on our behalf. A payment-plan booking remains subject to completing the agreed payments. Keep your confirmation and payment records.
Prices and release allocations can change for new bookings. The agreed price of an accepted booking is not increased simply because a later ticket release costs more. Mandatory fees and any selected extras must be shown clearly before you commit to purchase.
Booking confirmations are sent to the ticket buyer's email address. If yours is missing, check the address used and your spam folder, then contact us or use the organiser contact form on Ontick. Do not purchase a duplicate booking merely because an email has not arrived.
4. TICKETS, ENTRY AND USE BY ANOTHER ATTENDEE
Bring a valid ticket on a smartphone or as a printed copy. Download it before arrival; mobile connectivity at the venue cannot be assumed. Printing is optional and can help with scanning.
Keep ticket codes secure. A duplicate copy does not create an additional admission entitlement. We may investigate a ticket that is invalid, cancelled, altered or apparently already used, and give the holder a reasonable opportunity to clarify a genuine error where practicable.
The name printed on a standard ticket does not have to match the attendee. The person using it must still meet the ticket's age, category and eligibility requirements. PA/Carer and other eligibility-dependent entitlements cannot be used by someone who does not qualify. This name-matching rule does not create a guaranteed resale or ticket-exchange service.
If we issue wristbands or other admission credentials, keep them secure and show them when reasonably requested. Contact the admission team if a credential is lost or damaged; do not assume it can be replaced without checking the original entitlement.
Follow the event's admission and re-entry procedures. Regardless of any permitted re-entry, additional alcohol cannot be brought in on a later entry. We do not promise unrestricted re-entry in these terms.
Please share the relevant event and site rules with anyone for whom you book. This does not make you automatically liable for another adult's independent conduct.
5. PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available only where offered by Ontick for the selected booking. The deposit, payment dates, number of instalments, final payment deadline and total payable must be displayed before purchase.
The current event information specifies a 15% booking fee for payment-plan purchases, calculated and disclosed in the booking process. Do not assume this fee applies to every other payment method.
The glamping listing describes a 25% deposit with the balance over a 3- or 6-month plan. Use the plan actually offered for your booking. These glamping details do not automatically apply to festival admission tickets.
You must complete the agreed payments. Contact us or Ontick promptly if a payment fails. If you do not pay all instalments, you risk losing your order, and no claim can be made to recover the money if you fail to make all payments. All deposits are non-refundable.
6. IF YOU CANCEL, CHANGE YOUR MIND OR CANNOT ATTEND
DATE-SPECIFIC BOOKINGS
Festival tickets and accommodation reserved for particular dates normally fall within the exception to the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This exception does not remove your rights if we fail to provide the agreed service or breach consumer law.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
There is no general promise of a refund or exchange merely because you change your mind, cannot travel or choose not to attend. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled due to a fault of the organiser and cannot be rescheduled (see Section 7). All deposits are non-refundable, and glamping cancellations are charged at full price.
Tickets bought in error, including PA/Carer tickets, are not refundable. Please contact us before purchasing a PA/Carer ticket because approved standard PA/Carer tickets are issued manually without charge.
7. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND CHANGES BY US
EVENT CANCELLATION
Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled due to a fault of the organiser and cannot be rescheduled. In that case, we will arrange a refund of the affected festival services purchased from us and explain the treatment of linked accommodation and extras that we cannot provide.
Any separately charged Ontick service fee will be assessed against the service supplied, the applicable disclosed terms and consumer law. We do not promise that every third-party fee is refundable, or say that every fee is always non-refundable.
POSTPONEMENT OR SIGNIFICANT CHANGE
If we move the festival to different dates or make a significant change to the venue or essential nature of the booked event, we will notify the ticket buyer as soon as reasonably possible. Bookings remain valid for the rescheduled event; refunds are only given where the event is cancelled due to a fault of the organiser and cannot be rescheduled.
ARTISTS, RUNNING ORDER AND FACILITIES
The current advertised lineup and product descriptions explain the event being sold. Performance order, set times and other operational details may need reasonable changes because of illness, travel disruption, technical problems, safety requirements or comparable circumstances.
We will communicate significant changes when known. A minor running-order adjustment does not ordinarily justify a refund, but we will not treat every artist withdrawal, headline change or reduction in promised facilities as automatically minor. Any significant reduction in the booked service will be assessed fairly, including any appropriate price reduction or refund.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION OR EARLY CLOSURE
If a day or substantial part of a booked service is cancelled, or the event closes early, we will assess what was supplied and what was lost and explain any refund or price reduction due. A weekend booking does not necessarily produce the same refund as a single affected service.
REFUND ARRANGEMENTS
Refunds will normally be arranged through the original booking channel and payment method, subject to any necessary checks. We will communicate the process and timing promptly and comply with any applicable legal deadline. You may contact us directly about our responsibilities even where Ontick administers the payment.
8. WEATHER, EMERGENCIES AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
This is an outdoor festival. Ordinary rain, temperature changes or muddy conditions do not, by themselves, mean that the event has been cancelled. Bring suitable clothing and footwear.
Severe weather, emergency-service instructions, a serious safety incident, public-authority restrictions or similar circumstances may require changes, suspension, evacuation or cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to limit disruption and keep attendees informed.
Refunds are dealt with under Section 7. Any entitlement to compensation for additional loss depends on the circumstances; these terms do not exclude liability that the law requires us to accept.
9. CHILDREN, AGE CHECKS AND ALCOHOL SALES
The festival welcomes all ages.
- Child tickets apply to ages 6–17 inclusive on the relevant attendance date.
- Children under 6 enter free and do not require a ticket.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a full-priced adult ticket.
- The accompanying adult must provide appropriate supervision throughout the visit and overnight stay.
Bring suitable proof of age where eligibility or alcohol service may need checking. Alcohol is for adults aged 18 and over only. If you look under 25, staff will require acceptable proof of age before selling alcohol. Ask us before travelling if you are unsure what identification to bring.
We may refuse alcohol service where lawful and necessary, including where age cannot be established or a person is intoxicated. Adults must not supply alcohol to under-18 attendees in breach of the law or these rules.
10. ACCESSIBILITY AND PA/CARER TICKETS
Please contact us about accessibility requirements before booking or as early as possible so we can discuss suitable arrangements. Advance contact helps planning but does not remove our duty to consider reasonable adjustments.
Complimentary standard weekend or day PA/Carer tickets are available for paying ticket holders where eligibility is confirmed. A reference to day PA/Carer tickets does not mean paid day tickets are currently available; check the booking page.
PA/Carer tickets are issued manually after appropriate evidence has been received and approved. Do not purchase your PA/Carer ticket yourself; tickets bought in error are not refundable. Ask us for submission instructions and send only the information needed to establish eligibility.
Where VIP access is requested, the standard PA/Carer portion remains complimentary and the applicable VIP upgrade charge must be paid. We will explain the upgrade cost before payment.
For an under-18 guest, an adult full-priced ticket must form part of the booking, because a responsible paying adult must accompany them. We will consider disability-related requests and reasonable adjustments individually.
The public site rules do not override lawful reasonable adjustments. Tell us about essential medication, disability-related food or equipment needs, or assistance-dog requirements. Please raise these in advance where practicable; a failure to do so is not automatically grounds to refuse a reasonable adjustment.
11. GENERAL CAMPING
General weekend camping admission includes the general campsite for your own tent. It does not provide a tent, glamping package, live-in vehicle pitch or electrical hookup.
Use the allocated camping areas and follow reasonable instructions on spacing, access routes and fire safety. Keep emergency routes clear and respect neighbouring campers.
If you want to camp beside friends, arrive together. We cannot guarantee that you can reserve or save an adjoining pitch for someone arriving later.
Cars must remain in the car park and cannot be parked beside general camping tents. Do not assume parking is free unless included expressly in your booking.
Food may be brought into the campsite. Arena food and drink restrictions remain separate. Observe the alcohol limits and cooking rules below.
Leave your pitch clear of litter and personal belongings by the departure deadline. We do not impose an unspecified automatic clean-up charge under these terms; any claim for damage or exceptional loss must be reasonable, evidenced and attributable to the person responsible.
12. LIVE-IN VEHICLES AND ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS
A caravan, campervan, motorhome or VW camper requires the appropriate live-in vehicle pitch pass. One pitch pass is required per caravan or motorhome, and each occupant must also have their own valid weekend camping admission ticket, subject to the under-6 admission rule.
Vehicle-area facilities include showers, toilets and waste disposal points. Use only the designated waste disposal facilities.
Awnings are permitted. Separate tents are not permitted alongside vehicles: general tents and the live-in vehicle area must remain separate. The relevant vehicle and gas-safety rules also apply to trailer tents.
An electrical hookup is supplied only if the correct hookup pitch has been purchased. Hookups are for caravan/campervan guests. Follow the supplier's reasonable electrical-safety instructions and the specification disclosed for your pitch.
General camping guests are not permitted to visit the caravan/campervan area, subject to any necessary access arrangements authorised by event staff.
Gas bottles fully fitted within a caravan, campervan or motorhome are permitted. Loose or portable gas bottles, canisters and gas camping appliances are prohibited. Do not remove a fitted bottle for use outside the vehicle.
Follow steward instructions for vehicle movements and keep access routes clear. The general campsite departure deadline applies.
13. GLAMPING
Glamping is booked separately through the dedicated Ontick glamping page. Packages are offered for 2, 3, 4 or 6 people, subject to availability. Do not exceed the booked occupancy.
The advertised package includes:
- A 5-metre bell tent.
- A hot tub and Prosecco experience.
- A steel-frame raised bed and memory foam mattress.
- Tent decor.
- Luxury showers and toilets.
- Access to a pamper tent.
- Free parking.
- An on-site reception team.
Bedding is not included in the base package. An optional bedding package is sold per person; purchase the number required or bring suitable bedding.
Festival admission is not included. Each guest must hold the required weekend camping entry entitlement, subject to the under-6 rule. A glamping booking alone does not grant arena admission. A glamping booking is invalid without festival tickets.
The glamping date range extends to Monday 9 August for departure, not another arena day. Leave by 11:00. A separate tent-ready/check-in time will be communicated; the Friday 07:00 general campsite opening is not a promise of glamping readiness.
No fires, stoves, portable heaters, kettles, fridges, hairdryers or other high-power equipment may be used inside the tents. Smoking is prohibited inside; use designated smoking areas. Follow reasonable instructions for shared facilities. Prosecco is available only to eligible adults; the inclusion does not authorise underage drinking.
Tell reception promptly about missing items, faults or damage so these can be addressed. You are responsible for loss or damage you cause beyond fair wear and tear, assessed reasonably rather than through an automatic penalty. Glamping cancellations are charged at full price; Sections 6–8 apply to cancellations and failures to provide the package.
14. VIP TICKETS
VIP tickets include general admission benefits and access to the arena VIP area, comprising:
- VIP tent access.
- A private bar.
- Luxury toilets.
- A private seating area.
A private bar does not mean drinks are included. Seating-area access does not allocate a particular reserved seat unless expressly sold as such.
VIP does not include backstage access, a private campsite, a glamping tent or a live-in vehicle pitch. These additional accommodation products must be booked separately where required. General camping entitlement remains subject to the normal camping rules.
Use the correct adult or child VIP product. PA/Carer VIP arrangements are explained in Section 10.
15. FOOD, DRINK AND ALCOHOL BROUGHT TO THE EVENT
ARENA
Food and drink cannot be brought into the arena, except sealed bottles of water and baby food, and any necessary reasonable adjustments agreed or assessed under Section 10. Empty reusable containers are welcome for the free water refill points.
Food vendors operate in the arena, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Discuss specific allergens with the vendor; the availability of dietary options is not a guarantee that every product or preparation area is free from a particular allergen.
CAMPSITE AND PERSONAL ALCOHOL
You may bring food into the campsite. Alcohol is for personal consumption by adults aged 18 and over only and must be brought with you on your initial arrival. No further alcohol may be brought in on re-entry.
The allowance is one of the following alternatives, not all of them combined:
| Alternative | Maximum quantity |
|---|---|
| Lager, cider or beer in cans | 18 × 440 ml cans |
| Premixed spirit drinks in cans | 18 × 250 ml cans |
| Boxed wine | 4 litres |
| Cider, lager or beer in plastic bottles or metal kegs | 6 litres |
The allowance applies per person.
Spirits in plastic or glass bottles are not permitted. Glass is prohibited throughout the site. Filled bottles brought in must be sealed; opened filled bottles are not permitted. This does not prohibit the empty reusable water containers permitted above.
Sealed plastic bottles of water and soft drinks may be brought onto the site, but the narrower arena restrictions still apply. Personal alcohol cannot be taken into the arena.
Age checks may take place on entry. Underage alcohol and prohibited alcohol may be refused entry or dealt with by authorised staff in accordance with the law. Do not bring quantities for unauthorised resale.
16. COOKING, FIRE SAFETY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
CAMPING COOKING
Coal and disposable barbecues may be used in permitted camping areas if raised off the ground and fully extinguished afterwards. Greenheat Base Camp Cookers, solid-fuel stoves, firelighters and firelighter stoves are permitted subject to safe use.
Never use a barbecue or stove inside a tent or enclosed sleeping area, or bring a hot barbecue inside. Gas-fuelled barbecues and gas camping stoves are not permitted. Fitted vehicle gas systems are the limited exception described in Section 12.
Temporary fire restrictions may be necessary because of weather, fire risk or emergency-service advice. Follow clearly communicated safety instructions.
ITEMS NOT PERMITTED
- Loose or portable gas bottles, canisters and similar items, except the fitted vehicle arrangements described above.
- Pets and other animals, except guide dogs and other assistance-dog access required as a reasonable adjustment.
- Goods intended for unauthorised trading.
- Weapons or items reasonably considered intended for use as weapons.
- Chinese or sky lanterns.
- Drones or professional video recording equipment, unless specifically authorised for event work.
- Fire pits.
- Generators.
- Glass.
- Illegal substances, and products sold or used as “legal highs” or “herbal highs”. This does not ban necessary lawful medication.
- Portable laser equipment or laser pens.
These restrictions are applied with appropriate consideration of disability-related needs, lawful medication and other reasonable adjustments. Essential medical items must not be treated as prohibited recreational substances.
17. SAFETY, SECURITY AND CONDUCT
Behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, performers, contractors and neighbouring residents. Violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, deliberate damage, unauthorised trading and dangerous behaviour are not permitted.
Follow reasonable instructions from stewards, security and emergency services. Keep out of restricted operational areas and leave emergency routes unobstructed.
We may request proportionate bag, vehicle or personal security checks as a condition of entry where reasonably necessary for safety. Checks must be conducted respectfully and lawfully, with appropriate adjustments. If you decline a necessary check and no reasonable alternative can address the concern, entry may be refused. Staff are not given a general power by these terms to force a search or arbitrarily seize property.
A prohibited item may be refused entry. Where safe and lawful, you may be asked to remove it or surrender it voluntarily. Illegal items may be referred to the police. Do not assume an item can be stored or returned later.
We may refuse entry or require someone to leave for a serious breach, a credible safety risk or an invalid admission entitlement. Decisions must be proportionate, based on reasonable grounds and take account of relevant circumstances. Where practical, an issue that can be corrected should be explained before removal.
Removal does not automatically settle refund entitlement. Any retention of payment must be justified under the contract and consumer law. We do not exclude remedies for an incorrect or unlawful refusal of admission.
18. PARKING, BELONGINGS AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Park only in designated areas and follow steward instructions. General camping vehicles stay in the car park. Glamping includes parking as described in its package; other parking arrangements and charges must be made clear before purchase where applicable.
Look after your belongings and avoid leaving valuables unattended. We are not an insurer of personal property, but this does not exclude liability for loss or damage caused by our breach of duty.
Seek help promptly from event staff if you are injured, unwell or concerned about someone else's safety. In an immediate emergency, call 999 where appropriate and alert event staff to the location. Do not treat the presence of first aid as a guarantee that every medical need can be met on site.
19. CASH AND CARD PAYMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
Strawberry Fields is a cash and card only festival. Pay directly for on-site food, drinks and other purchases using cash or card. Check the price before paying and keep your receipt or other proof of purchase where available.
Card transactions are handled by the relevant trader and its payment-service provider. If a payment appears to fail or is taken twice, ask the trader to check the transaction before making a further payment. Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods, services and any refund remain unaffected.
All drinks tokens purchased on site are non-refundable.
This on-site payment arrangement is separate from advance ticket and accommodation purchases, which are made through Ontick using the payment options offered at its checkout.
Check the trader's identity, prices, product information and applicable terms when purchasing food, drinks or other goods from a separate trader. Raise a product problem with that trader and let event staff know if there is an immediate safety concern. We remain responsible for obligations that legally belong to us; using a contractor does not automatically remove that responsibility.
20. PHOTOGRAPHY, CCTV, PRIVACY AND COOKIES
CCTV and official photography or video may be used for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Other attendees may also take their own pictures or videos.
Buying a ticket or entering the site does not give blanket consent to every use of your image, transfer ownership of your likeness or waive your data protection rights. Where a particular use requires consent, it must be requested appropriately. Contact us or event staff with concerns.
Ticket administration and essential event communications are separate from optional marketing. A booking does not automatically subscribe you to promotional communications.
Our Cookie Policy explains website storage and tracking choices. Ontick applies its own privacy and cookie information to its website and checkout.
21. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We must provide the services we contract to supply with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with binding descriptions and promises. Your legal remedies for a failure to do so are not replaced by these terms.
We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or negligence where the law makes us responsible. Whether travel, accommodation or other additional costs are recoverable depends on the circumstances; they are not automatically excluded under a blanket “at your own risk” provision.
You remain responsible for taking reasonable care and following lawful safety instructions. This does not make you responsible for our own failings or impose an unlimited obligation to reimburse us for every loss connected with your attendance.
22. QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
General enquiries, booking issues and complaints:
info@25eightevents.com
Privacy enquiries and data protection rights:
dataprotection@25eightevents.com
Please include your booking reference and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details or unnecessary medical information.
Where possible, report an on-site problem promptly so we can try to resolve it while you are there. Failing to complain on the day does not automatically remove your legal rights. We will acknowledge complaints and investigate within a reasonable time, explaining any delay.
If a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide information about an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body where required and state whether we are obliged or willing to use it. You are not required by these terms to abandon access to the courts or any applicable payment-provider remedy.
23. CHANGES, APPLICABLE LAW AND ENFORCEABILITY
We may update these terms for future bookings. For existing bookings, we may make necessary legal or safety changes, or minor administrative corrections that do not materially reduce the agreed service. We will explain relevant changes. Significant changes are dealt with under Section 7 rather than an unrestricted power to rewrite your contract.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will not apply to the extent of that unenforceability; the remaining provisions continue where they can fairly and lawfully do so. This does not allow an unfair provision to be rewritten unilaterally in our favour.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply to you. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their home courts where entitled to do so. Nothing requires you to give up a right to use another court available under applicable law.
